Why might Jurassic Park be impossible?
Jurassic may be impossible because scientists found that DNA cannot survive for 80 million years, which is about how old the dinosaur DNA was in the movie. The half life of DNA is 521 years. This means that half of the DNA bonds will be broken down in 521 years after the death. Also, the restoration of DNA depends on many environmental factors. These factors include time of year of death, soil quality, excavation and much more. The oldest DNA found was fossilized insects and plants in ice cores in Greenland. Thee date back 800,000 years.
If Jurassic Park was possible should we create one?
If Jurassic Park was possible, we should definitely not create it. It would take a tremendous amount of money to carry out the plan and we just don't have the money or space to be able to do it. Also, dinosaurs are extinct and we're not for a reason. So if we bring them back in a random time period and put them up for everyone to see, their natural instincts will take over and they will break lose of man's grip. Dinosaurs are extinct because they couldn't adapt quickly enough for the ever-changing world. Nothing says that they will suddenly learn to adapt now.
